Befriending
If you or a loved one feels isolated and would to chat with someone, we are here for you. We offer a befriending service which consists of a one to one telephone conversation to ensure you are ok and feel connected.
Community Transport Services
Mayo Community Transport (LINK) offer a free bus service from anywhere in the parish to the Knockmore centre or to Ballina.
Tuesdays – the bus will collect you at your house and drop you to the Knockmore centre.
Thursday – the bus will collect you at your house and drop you to Ballina (Dunnes Stores or Tesco or elsewhere where needed). The driver will return you to your house after.
